Every figure a hospital group runs on — admissions, capacity, revenue, occupancy, theatre use — from group total down to the individual doctor.
AviCenna BI reports the group as a whole, then lets you follow any number down through it: company, hospital, branch, department, doctor, operating room. Eleven dashboards cover the working month, and every measure appears three ways at once — count, value, and share of the total — set against the same month a year earlier.

The dashboard set was not designed in the abstract. It was built in close cooperation with a hospital group, against their own operating data, and revised in use before it became a product. What ships is the set of questions a hospital group actually asks each month — not a chart library waiting for someone to think of a question.
Reporting is not a separate exercise
Because the reporting reads the same record the hospital is run on, there is no extract to schedule, no warehouse to keep in step, and no reconciliation between a clinical system and a finance system that disagree. A registration recorded once is already counted correctly.
