Systems serving thousands of facilities and millions of patients, built by teams small enough that individual work is visible in production.
Long-lived software
Some of what we maintain has been running since the 2000s. You learn to write code that survives, which is a different discipline from shipping fast.
International delivery
Programmes in Türkiye, the Balkans, the Middle East and across EU research consortia. Travel and cross-border collaboration are part of the job.
Clinical proximity
Requirements come from clinicians and ministries, not from a backlog. You will spend time understanding care pathways, not only tickets.
Research alongside product
Horizon 2020 and PCP projects run in parallel with commercial delivery, so there is genuine R&D work rather than only maintenance.
