AHIN is the integration platform that lets separate hospital systems, national registries and consumer devices exchange clinical data under one semantic model. Both DM4All and HSmartBPM are built on it.

The same integration pattern, independently: in the CareCardia consortium, AHIN is the layer between the platform and each pilot site's hospital records.

Cross-border only works if both ends are handled. Everything on the patient side is normalised once into a unified dataset model; each national health system is then met on its own terms through a custom model. The hub in the middle is what makes five deployments one product rather than five.
